Our Attorneys
David M. Lederman has successfully handled numerous child custody cases involving disputed interstate jurisdictions, as well as the Hague Convention cases. He is a Certified Specialist in Family, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and is one of only a few attorneys in Contra Costa County to have earned that distinction. Mr. Lederman also speaks Mandarin Chinese. Mr. Lederman is a member of the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa County Bar Association's Family Law Section and served as section president in 2008.
Thomas H. Smith is a graduate of Cornell University and Golden Gate University School of Law. He is dedicated to providing clients with compassionate representation that achieves their goals, has a particular focus on law and motion practice and .is experienced in drafting simple through very complex pre and post nuptial and marital settlement agreements.
