A Foundation Of A Wide Range Of Experience

David M. Lederman is one of only a handful of attorneys in Contra Costa County to have the distinction of being a specialist in family law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has broad experience handling divorce cases from simple to the most complicated. He has also successfully handled numerous child custody cases involving disputed interstate jurisdictions, as well as Hague Convention cases.

Mr. Lederman is the 2016 State Bar of California Family Law Section vice-chair, and previously he served as legislation chair. He has also served as the Contra Costa County Family Law Section president and is the current Association of Certified Family Law Specialists technology director. He also speaks Mandarin.

Bridget Connor (Administrator)

Bridget Connor

Bridget Connor is the law firm's Office Administrator. She has worked for David Lederman for more than 10 years. Prior to working for Mr. Lederman, Bridget worked for Delta Airlines and a travel agency. Bridget loves to travel, and one of her favorite ways to travel is taking cruises. Her daughter graduated from UC Davis, and her son recently graduated from UC Berkeley. Bridget loves to bake and share her favorite recipes with her friends, family and co-workers.

Susan Danzig (Marketing)


Susan has been with the firm for more than a year. She is the firm's marketing and business development coach. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and she is also a graduate of Coach U, a premier coach training program. She loves the outdoors and is an avid road and mountain bike rider.

Tricia Hoekwater (Office Manager)

Tricia Hoekwater is the law firm's Office Manager in Antioch. Prior to working for Mr. Lederman, Tricia worked for the Law Offices of Fishkin & Slatter for nine years. Tricia holds a certification in Project Management from the University of California. She is a member of the National Inventory Certification Association and is a Certified Inventory Specialist. Tricia loves to spend time with her granddaughters, travel and read. She and her husband of 36 years have two adult sons.

Elise O'Neil (Administrator)

Elise O'Neil

Elise O'Neil is the firm's administrator and has been with the Law Offices of David M. Lederman since 2014. Her son is attending UC Santa Cruz and is an Eagle Scout. She has been actively involved in Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts for more than 12 years. She enjoys running marathons, painting and walking her dog Sawyer.

Lindsey Turkov (Accounting Manager)

Lindsey Turkov

Lindsey Turkov is the firm's Accounting Manager. She received her BA from the University of California Santa Cruz, she also holds a certification in Project and Program Management from the University of California. She has more than 10 years of experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Assurance and Advisory and Big 4 Public Accounting. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She loves gardening, mountain biking and backpacking.

Trish Roberts (Legal Administrator)

Tricia Roberts

Tricia Roberts joined the firm in 2019 and is the firm's Legal Administrator. Prior to working for Mr. Lederman, she worked in Corporate America for 22 years in management. Tricia's interests include spending time with family and friends, singing, gardening, hiking, yoga and meditation.

Ethan Itzhaki (Administrator)

Ethan Itzhaki is the Office Administrator in Moraga. He recently graduated from UC Berkeley, where he earned his bachelor's degree in political science, specializing in international relations. He is aspiring to go to law school in the coming years. He enjoys cooking and spending time with friends.
