A Foundation Of A Wide Range Of Experience

David M. Lederman is one of only a handful of attorneys in Contra Costa County to have the distinction of being a specialist in family law as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has broad experience handling divorce cases from simple to the most complicated. He has also successfully handled numerous child custody cases involving disputed interstate jurisdictions, as well as Hague Convention cases.

Mr. Lederman is the 2016 State Bar of California Family Law Section vice-chair, and previously he served as legislation chair. He has also served as the Contra Costa County Family Law Section president and is the current Association of Certified Family Law Specialists technology director. He also speaks Mandarin.

Susan Lederman (Marketing)

Susan Lederman

Susan is the firm’s marketing and team coach. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and she is also a graduate of Coach U, a premier coach training program. She loves the outdoors and is an avid road and mountain bike rider.

Lindsey Turkov (Accounting Manager)

Lindsey Turkov

Lindsey Turkov is the firm’s Accounting Manager. She received her BA from the University of California Santa Cruz, she also holds a certification in Project and Program Management from the University of California. She has more than 10 years of experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Assurance and Advisory and Big 4 Public Accounting. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She loves gardening, mountain biking and backpacking.

Trish Roberts (Legal Administrator)

Tricia Roberts

Tricia Roberts joined the firm in 2019 and is the firm’s Legal Administrator. Prior to working for Mr. Lederman, she worked in Corporate America for 22 years in management. Tricia’s interests include spending time with family and friends, singing, gardening, hiking, yoga and meditation.

Max Tolentin (Client Services Manager)

Max Tolentin

Max Tolentin is the firms Client Services Manager. He is a Bay Area native born and raised in Pleasanton and has lived in the East Bay his whole life. Prior to joining Lederman Law, Max worked in the Health and Fitness industry. He started at the companies’ frontline position and through outstanding performance quickly rose to become one of the youngest General Managers in the history of the organization. He operated and managed multiple fitness club locations across the Bay Area spanning from Walnut Creek all the way to the valley in Manteca. He enjoys spending time with family, video games and following the local sports teams.

Amaia Ruiz-Bobadilla (Administrator)

Amaia Ruiz-Bobadilla is the Office Administrator in Antioch. She is a Bay Area native born and raised in San Francisco and has lived in the East Bay for 10 years. Prior to joining Lederman Law, Amaia has assumed many support roles, and positions in Administration for over 20 years. Over the years, Amaia has been recognized and awarded by past employers for Outstanding Customer Service. She loves animals, enjoys spending time with her family, nature, and loves the beach.

Joshua B Lederman (Clerk)

Joshua Lederman is the front desk clerk at the Moraga office. He is currently getting his bachelors in criminal justice and has previously worked with the SFPD as a Police Cadet. While originally wanting to go into law enforcement, things pivoted due to the Covid-19 outbreak and he is now studying for the LSAT so he can apply to law school. He enjoys cooking, animals, spending time with his friends, movies, video games, and PC building.
